  1. On your Smart PBX dashboard, go ahead and click on Main Number.
  2. Go ahead and click on Incoming Call Handling and determine your preference about your how to reach you during Open Hours and After Hours.
  3. You can choose whether you would like incoming calls or a Virtual Receptionist.
  4. If you prefer using a Virtual Receptionist, to contact the right department or person you can add call routes. For Voicemail, you need to choose which voicemail you would like to use.
  5. You can now add your greetings by using Text to Speech, upload your own file, or a phone recording.
